Responsibilities:

• Manage daily order processing which includes data entry, coordination with merchant partners and delivery riders 
• Consolidate, compile and sort information that comes from various sources in an organized and accurate manner and disburse that information where and when required
• Manage all logistical coordination with merchant partners and riders as required to ensure safe and on-time delivery of orders
• Plan package pick up and deliveries together with logistics team to ensure effective and efficient routing of delivery riders 
• Coordinate with finance team to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of Cash on Delivery (COD) transfers to merchant partners
• Manage multiple sorting centers and ensure efficient process flows are maintained and improved upon
• Key responsibility of hiring delivery riders, train them and ensure their welfare, safety and progression
• Fulfill customer service roles with merchant partners and their customers as and when required 
• Identify merchant partners needs and help them solve problems when necessary

• Ability to constant evolve and adapt to a fast moving and high growth industry 
• Negotiation skills are a plus 
• Must be familiar and experienced using Google Drive Environment (Google docs, sheets, forms, etc)
• Two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle with a license is a must. 
• IMPORTANT: Willingness to learn and grow with the company
