Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet

Immediate Supervisor: Chief Administration and Finance Officer (CAFO)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilitate the organization of field level workshops, field visits, training and other support activities to the project team
Ensure adequate cash flow, operations and safety of financial resources and project assets
Support CAFO in day-to-day project financial and administrative work as deemed necessary
Support in Procurement Process (Market Research and Quotations)
Storekeeping, Update Inventory and Assets Placement
Record keeping of Correspondence (In & Out Registry)
Petty Cash Handling, Maintaining Petty Cash Management, submit weekly document to CAFO and monthly report to CTA/CAFO

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum High School must be completed.
Organization Skills: Efficient and On-time delivery of work
Adaptable to changes and able to make adjustments
IT Skills: MS Excel and MS Office
Calm and sensible under pressure/difficult circumstances
Fluency in English is an advantage
