Job Summary: The Logistic Executive/Officer is responsible for managing the logistics of fresh food (Sister Company of Team Quest), overseeing stock and storage, and maintaining the LIFO-FIFO system.

Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisite

• 1–2-year experience in Logistics / Inventory Management
• Good with numbers and counting
• Ability to attend and handle clients in high volume
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Vendor Negotiation and Relationship Management

Areas of Responsibilities

• Supply and delivery of all merchandise items to Facilities.
• Receive the supplies from vendors.
• Record the entry of stock in and stock out.
• Manage the logistics of Fresh Food Supplies.
• Maintain the minimum stock level of Fresh Food.
• Create Indent from Swastik to refill the balanced stocks.
• Dispatch supplies and merchandise through transport to Facilities.
• Receive the Purchase Order from all the Facilities and deliver the supplies and merchandise as per requirement.
• Forecast the required supplies from Facilities and summarize the Forecast report after getting the report from Facilities.
