• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
• Analyze letter of credit and claims data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate with suppliers for the required modifications with regards to the LC
• Making Payments Thru Telegraphic Transfers (TT) and RTGS from various banks
• Handling Documents related to LC and TT
• Preparing Local LC Claims
• Shipment tracking
• Manage and coordinate the transportation of goods, selecting transportation modes, and monitoring performance
• Oversee the management of inventory, monitoring inventory levels, and managing stock movement
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to logistics operations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all logistics-related documentation
• Manage the issuance, amendment, and cancellation of letters of credit in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Review and analyze letter of credit terms and conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and laws
• Coordinate with banks and other financial institutions to ensure timely processing of letters of credit
• Participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and process improvements
• Investigate and resolve claims in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors regarding claims and claim resolution
