Getting quotation from local vendors
Checking for most reasonable prices and products
Verifying the product quality and type from requested department
Carrying out purchase process as of the company standard
Monitoring purchase request from administration – Looking for cost control
Looking for better credit periods giving vendors
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
Research deals or suppliers to get the best advantageous outcome for the company and employees; also negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Other works as assigned by the company.
