  • B.Sc. with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years conducting disaster management/emergency response related capacity development and training
  • Experience in researching and implementing training tools, methodologies, skills and emerging fields related to Disaster Risk Management 
  • Experience working with local government-level and/or individual-level trainees 
  • Willingness to travel throughout Nepal (short-term—day/overnight travel to municipalities) 
  • B.Sc. degree in a related field 
  • Experience on international donor-funded projects preferred 
  • Fluent Nepali language skills. Good English skills
