Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Professional Skill Required : Counseling Leadership Customer Relationship Management Decision Making Communication Multitasking Time Management Customer Service
Other Specification
  • Preference will be given to the candidates with prior experience in cooperatives with 1 year in loan department
  • Bachelor degree in management field
  • Must have good verbal and written ability of both Nepali and English Languages
  • Must have basic computer knowledge, especially idea of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Should have a charming personality with confidence in dealing with customers

Job Description

  • Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications
  • Preparing loan documents & loan inspection
  • Maintaining daily loan due reports, following up with loanees, dealing with loanees and maintain cordial relationship with customers
  • Handle other administrative works ( visiting banks, loanees and other governmental offices)
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery

Note: The candidate must have valid Two Wheeler Driving License. The age of the applying candidate should be between 21 years to 40 years.
