Job Description

Primarily responsible in providing support to our clients and advisors by completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
Provide all necessary client loan information/status that our mortgage advisors need.
Order valuations and lodge pricing requests through different lender channels
Prepare property reports as requested by clients/mortgage advisors
Prepare loan discharge/variation/miscellaneous forms on behalf of the borrowers
Assist clients with all their inquiries and requests about their home loans/ property reports
Assist mortgage advisors on trail investigation
Monitor and send relevant client bank statements to corresponding loan writers.
Maintain our database which contains client contacts and our business partners.
