Job Description

Primarily responsible for the processing of our client’s home loan applications to our partner lenders according to established guidelines:

Assist with processing and tracking home loans from pre-submission to settlement;
Analysis of application;
File data organization and validation;
Data entry of application into aggregator platform;
Frame assumptions to aid processing;
Follow instructions necessary to complete the application; and
Communicate with lenders to confirm loan details.

We are looking for performance-driven individuals who possess:

Aptitude to understand and follow workflow guidelines;
Critical thinking to solve problems;
Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
Background in finance or banking especially with home loans will be given priority;
Proficiency in technology i.e. computers, internet, CRM, Office 365, etc.
Experience working with Australians will be an advantage;
High attention to detail;
