Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Processing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end mortgage loan process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant handling of documentation and communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop structured and complete loan applications that meet the lender requirements and comply with the standards and regulations.
Take full responsibility for the client’s files and ensure a smooth transition from loan approval to settlement by coordinating with lenders, solicitors, and clients.
Communicate and assist clients in the loan application process and guide them through each step of/ process.
Communicate with lenders on behalf of clients to gather information, submit required documents, and request updates on the status of loan applications.
Track loan files through various stages of processing to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and update status regularly.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, banking, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation, compliance requirements, and loan origination systems.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
