Excellent in English - both verbal and written
Must have completed a minimum of six months of experience in loan processing (but not essential)
Good understanding of accounting & finance
Must have good analytical and mathematical skills
Good computer typing skills

Assist Mortgage Brokers in Home Loan application assessment & processing
Make recommendation to clients about suitable loan product
Liaise with clients to request supporting documentation
Data entry of loan application information into lender platform
Provide meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Track home loans status & provide update to client
Liaise with lenders and provide additional documents as requested
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Maintain Relation Management (CRM) platform
Able to work autonomously with set tasks and complete within allocated timeframe
