Terms & Conditions: Fixed term contract for 1 year, subject to performance and availability of funds
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and institutionalize livelihood project implementation guidelines, systems and tools
- Coordinate for developing innovative model for disability inclusive livelihood approaches in the project implemented municipalities
- Ensure gender awareness and inclusion of the excluded is mainstreamed in every step of implementation
- Liaise with government line agencies and ministries to ensure the successful implementation of project
- Ensure the authentication of quantity and quality of achievements at the outcome and output levels
- Develop concept notes and proposals based on the community context and support in fundraising opportunity as per the organisational goal, mission, objectives and values.
- Support in facilitating safeguarding training and monitor a safeguarding culture across all levels of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy
- Carryout the real-time qualitative and quantitative day to day data collection and analysis
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachlor’s degree in social science, development studies or relevant field from a recognized university
- 3 years’ working experience in livelihood sector with development organization
- Sound understanding of disability inclusive development issues and their linkages to broader sectors
- Excellent communications skills in Nepali and English languages
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis preferable
- Display gender, cultural and religious sensitivity and adaptability
- Strong coordination, facilitation and networking skills
- Excellent writing skills for analytical reports and presentations
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship
