Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Working in a relevant field like Real Estate, Marketing Agency, bank, Automobile, Tech Companies and Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop (preferred).

Leadership and Communication Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Other Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand, attract potential clients, and drive business growth. This role demands expertise in market analysis, digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and innovative thinking to achieve competitive advantages in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to reach potential buyers and investors.

2. Digital Marketing Oversight:

  • Manage digital campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Track and analyze online engagement metrics to enhance campaign performance.

3. Brand Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence across all platforms.
  •  Develop creative branding initiatives to enhance market perception and visibility.

4. Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaign targeting.

5. Content and Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, advertisements, and press releases.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and sponsorship activities.

6. Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Implement effective lead generation strategies to increase inquiries and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

7. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
  •  Foster collaboration among team members to improve efficiency and creativity.

8. Performance Monitoring:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as ROI, lead conversion, and engagement rates.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and outcomes.
