  • 6 am to 2 pm for 4 days
  • 12 noon to 8 pm for 2 days

Job Description

  • Selecting, developing, cataloguing and classifying library resources
  • Answering readers' enquiries
  • Using library systems and specialist computer applications
  • Liaising with departmental academic staff, external organizations and faculties
  • Ensuring that library services meet the needs of particular groups of users (eg staff, students, faculties)
  • Supporting independent research and learning
  • Promoting the library's resources to users
  • Assisting Academic Coordinator in Academic activities
  • Support during student registration and document collection
  • Support in following up with students and faculties
