  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Library Science with the knowledge of Library management
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of library databases.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Description

  • To take library classes
  • Suggest books to students
  • To check whether students are reading library books or not by asking summary
  • Organize library books in proper way
  • To keep the record of new books (such as numbering, stamping, covering)
  • To maintain the register of  book record
  • Keep record in computer
  • Issuing books to students and teachers and to keep records of those books
  • Should maintain silence in library
  • To visit book shops and select new books for library
  • To call parents if students make delay to return the books or they lost or damage the books
  • Sometimes to do extra duties
