Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Officer to join our team at Mountain Infra Company. As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our Construction and Real Estate projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and requirements while maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various government organizations , including courts, and make a timely visit as per the requirement,
Ensuring compliance related to the construction laws and regulations,
Draft essential correspondences to the client, contracts and agreements, court applications, and other documents in both English and Nepali Language.
Study cases and analyze evidence to support senior legal counsel.
Carry out the legal research for the cases and prepare necessary case files,
Coordinate and deal with clients as per requirement,
Coordinate with senior management and the legal team on project-related work,
Maintain the corporate records and ensure timely filing of required legal documents of cthe ompany,
Assist and consult in preparing board resolutions and minutes,
Provide necessary legal advice to the senior management and team on variety of business issues,
Monitor changes in industry-related laws and regulations that are directly associated with the company and update the stakeholders about them,
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures,
Perform other duties as assigned.
