Job Description

  • Provide legal advice and support to management on a wide range of legal issues including contracts, labor law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the organization’s interests are protected.
  • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare regulations, data protection laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court cases, arbitrations, and mediations as required.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and manage relationships with law firms and other legal service providers.
  • Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Handle legal disputes and manage the resolution process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain organized records of legal documents, correspondence, and legal files.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters and compliance issues.
