Job Description

  • Formulate and Execute Compliance & Risk Management Strategies
  • Coordinate with Regulator & Law Enforcement Bodies
  • Monitor the compliance within the legal framework especially with regulatory requirements of Nepal Rastra Bank, Company's Act, Income Tax Act and any other law applicable to the company.
  • Identify and solve legal and dispute related matters
  • Develop company compliance rules and regulations
  • Update prevailing policies, procedures, forms and formats in accordance with the government laws
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and see if already developed protocols and procedures meet the compliance
  • Coordinate and schedule compliance training for employees of different departments
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to the management
