Job Specification

Education Level : Bachelor

  • LLB/LLM from a reputed institute
  • BBA / BBS in Finance from a reputed institute 
  • 2+ yr. of legal experience working in a top tier law firm
  • Excellent knowledge of general business law issues, including regulatory framework
  • Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented 

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the compliance activities of the company
  • Work closely with Legal advisors, HR department, Management team, Commercial teams, Finance Controller, & Finance Manager to monitor implementation of standards and regulations & prepare internal & external commercial & compliance reports
  • Manage the company’s risk framework and internal audit process 
  • Oversee the complete review of contracts and legal requirements in order to promote a strong compliance culture
  • Advise the senior management to formulate policies and procedures within the local legal framework
  • Evaluate and assess current as well as future compliance regulation needs and ensure that all legal regulations are followed and met


Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
