Qatar Charity is an international non-governmental organization that has been working in the field of development and humanitarian aid since 1992, in accordance with the laws regulating the non-profit sector in the State of Qatar. Qatar Charity, Country Office in Nepal that works effectively and efficiently in addressing the most important humanitarian and development challenges faced by vulnerable and needy people in Nepal in several humanitarian fields.

At the forefront of Qatar Charity's priorities is helping children who are victims of crises and disasters, before Qatar Charity's work areas expand to include various humanitarian and development sectors such as education, health, water and sanitation, food security, economic empowerment, child protection, social care and social harmony.

Accordingly, Qatar Charity announces its need to contract with a law-firm for its office in the Nepal on an annual basis, provided that it meets the following conditions:

• Minimum qualification of (BALLB) bachelor's degree in law,
• Experience of not less than 10 years in law sector of Nepal,
• Holds a certificate of practicing lawyer in the Nepal,
• Able to represent Qatar Charity in all levels of litigation (primary, appeal and cassation) in the Nepal,
• At least 4 years of experience in labor law, civil law and tax law in Nepal,
• Communicate in Arabic or English languages (written, spoken and reading)

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice in several areas in labor law, civil law etc.
• Editing, writing, and reviewing contracts and agreements for Qatar Charity - Nepal
• Arbitration in legal cases
• Representing Qatar Charity office - Nepal before the levels of litigation in the event of cases and disputes arising.
• Provide advice on contracting with organizations and institutions in Nepal
