Job Description

Organize compliance training, publicity, and cultural activities to improve employees' compliance awareness.
Promote the implementation of ZTE's compliance policies, regulations, systems, and processes in the Nepal Representative Office.
Organize the implementation of Nepal Representative Office compliance tasks, guidelines, and regulations, and assists in the company's compliance audit andinspection.
Conduct Nepal Representative Office compliance inspection, identifies defects and deficiencies in the construction of the compliance system of representative office and promote rectification.
Organize the identification, evaluation, early warning, and risk response of theoperation risks of the representative office, promote the shift from post-control to in-process and pre-control of the risks, and improve the risk prevention capability.
Provide Legal guidance & counseling.
Reviewing contracts & legal documents of the company.
Supervising work of paralegals & attorneys in the legal department.
Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standard.
