Position overview:

Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer is responsible to achieve the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor of the Department of Management. S/he reports to the Department Head. The faculty member is responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing the plan, monitoring and reporting the class and lesson, and evaluating students’ performance. S/He engages students in diverse teaching and learning methods including case-studies, group discussion, presentation, simulations, seminar/ workshops, project and internship works, and research. S/he shall also contribute to the scholarly works by participating in seminars and workshops with research reports and papers.
