Job Role: Lecturer/ Tutor

Education: Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management/Business Administration or in a relevant field

Responsibilities:

• As a Lecturer/ Tutor, you will teach at Undergraduate levels, be involved in the course and/or curriculum development; participate in College and University committees and/or initiatives
• Plan, develop, and deliver modules in areas relating (but not limited) to the relevant subject and other related subjects
• Interest in collaborating both within and outside the college in the development and delivery of instruction resulting in improved student learning
• Assists in other administrative and teaching roles as assigned by the department
• Supervise the work of students, including projects, dissertations, and field trips 
• Teach according to curriculum requirements, as required by your timetable
• Organize different curricular activities i.e. guest lectures, workshops, seminars, training sessions appropriate for teaching and learning
• Engage students in effective creative activities to enhance their skills in creative writing.
• Deliver theoretical frameworks and models which are relevant to in real times cases.

Job Specification:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management/Business Administration or in a relevant field
• PhD and other certification in the relevant area of specialization will be an added advantage
• 3 years and above of teaching experience in bachelors or masters level
• Certification i.e. ACCA, CIMA, or other bodies will be an added advantage
