Job Overview

This position involves the responsibilities as a lecturer or as an assistant lecturer. The candidates will be working collaboratively as a part of a team in the academic department. They will assist in facilitating the learning activities in the college to the highest standard through tutoring and associated academic advisory work, with a goal to ensure and deliver, an outstanding student learning experience.

Job Description

Delivery of module contents through the lecture, tutorial, workshop (LTW) and additional knowledge delivery settings, for the stipulated number of hours in a week.
The design, development and preparation of the module’s contents and other supplementary teaching materials.
The delivery of high-quality teaching sessions and continuous support for student’s learning on assigned modules through constructive feedbacks, advice, and continuous academic support.
The implementation of a reflective method to the development and enhancement of one’s own teaching practice using the received practical feedbacks.

Other Specification

PhD and other certification in the relevant area of specialization will be an added advantage
3 years and above of teaching experience in bachelors or masters level
Certification i.e. ACCA, CIMA, or other bodies will be an added advantage
