Position overview:

Kathford’s Faculty is responsible to achieve the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor of the respective Academic Department. S/he reports to the Department Head. 

Our faculty is responsible for developing lesson plans, implementing the plan, monitoring and reporting the class and lesson, monitoring and evaluating students’ performance and supporting students to successfully complete the semester/course as per curriculum objective. S/he engages students in diverse teaching and learning methods including case-studies, group discussion, presentation, simulations, seminar/ workshops, project and internship works, and research. S/he shall also contribute to the scholarly works by participating in seminars and workshops with research reports and papers.

Key roles:

• Teaching and Learning.
• Prepare/implement Learner-centric lesson plan, resources and lectures.
• Implement Academic Goals and Strategy.
• Conduct regular monitoring of student’s performance and provide support.
• Guide/support students on relevant issues of teaching/learning.
• Plan/initiate activities to enhance student’s knowledge and skills.
• Discharge administrative task and prepare/submit reports.
