Job Description

Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and system requirements.
Work closely with Business Analyst and Product Owner for understanding the functional and system requirements.
Manage daily scrum meetings and sprint planning.
Translate clients’ business requirements and objectives into technical applications and solutions.
Manage the Architecture Team to ensure architectural integrity and product quality.
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
Run and participate in the peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Design, develop and implement new integration.
Execute system development and maintenance activities.
Responsible for the performance and results of a department.
As a leader responsible for deploying resources, performance evaluation, pay reviews, and other related decisions.
