Job Description

Reports To: Company Director
Location: Swoyambhu and Online (Hybrid Role) 

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Sales Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed company revenue targets. This role acts as the important link between the Sales Team and Company Director, making sure that goals are met, and consistent performance improvement. You will be responsible for managing the social media team, monitor their performance daily, and drive team accountability. One of the main responsibilities of the sales manager is also to have an individual sales time of 6 hours-meeting goals while managing the rest of the team as well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive and oversee the sales team's performance by setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals of the company. Make sure they are meeting the goals. 
  • Team Motivation: Actively mentor and push the sales team to meet goals, overcome challenges, and maintain a high-performance culture. As we are online based, make sure they are also responding on time. 
  • Communication Link: Serve as the direct connection between the sales team and the director, ensuring clear communication of strategy, expectations, and feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor sales targets in a sheet. Monitor sales activities and social media campaign performance, provide actionable insights to improve results. Set a monthly call with team members with the director. Active Google document with the Director on weekly calls.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed sales and social media reports for upper management; recommend adjustments to strategy as needed. Monthly meeting required with Manager.
  • Market Feedback: Collect customer and market insights from social channels to inform product development and sales strategy.
  • Company Events: Plan and organize team daily and monthly meetings.
  • Store sales: Find and visit stores to sell our product in bulk.

Additional Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  • Help Sales member reach daily goals.
