Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data gathering via. primary and secondary research methods
• Analyze qualitative data to identify industry, company, and customer trends
• Creating in-depth client reports and polished deliverables
• Communicate research findings effectively to the Research and Consulting team, providing strategic recommendations
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure high-quality report generation
• Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a business-related field
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Exceptional commitment to excellence and continuous personal and professional growth
• Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of outstanding academic performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills for handling diverse parties and stakeholders
• Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities
• Keen attention to detail
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
• Immediate availability for full-time employment

Nice to have:

• A global mindset / graduated from foreign universities or top universities in Nepal
• Experience working at or with MNCs
• Academic background in business majors (finance, accounting, management) or natural sciences (math, physics, etc.)
• Good with numbers or have experience in number-crunching functions (accounting, finance, investment, etc.)
• Love pushing yourself and others to new limits
