Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive data gathering via. primary and secondary research methods
Analyze qualitative data to identify industry, company, and customer trends
Creating in-depth client reports and polished deliverables
Communicate research findings effectively to the Research and Consulting team, providing strategic recommendations
Manage and mentor team members to ensure high-quality report generation
Lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
3-5 years of experience in a business-related field
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Exceptional commitment to excellence and continuous personal and professional growth
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of outstanding academic performance
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills for handling diverse parties and stakeholders
Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities
Keen attention to detail
Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
Immediate availability for full-time employment

Nice to have:

A global mindset / graduated from foreign universities or top universities in Nepal
Experience working at or with MNCs
Academic background in business majors (finance, accounting, management) or natural sciences (math, physics, etc.)
Good with numbers or have experience in number-crunching functions (accounting, finance, investment, etc.)
Love pushing yourself and others to new limits
