Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic, English-proficient professional to lead the design, planning, and delivery overall content framework. The ideal candidate will work closely with mentors, and the product team to ensure learners receive high-quality, engaging, and effective English language learning and speaking practice.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Curriculum Development

Create and manage structured “English language learning frameworks” that ensure smooth learner progression across different levels.
Plan and maintain a calendar of engaging discussion topics for live speaking practice sessions.
Design conversation flows, role-play scenarios, and practical speaking activities that match user proficiency levels.
Ensure all learning content aligns with appropriate grammar, vocabulary, and learning objectives defined by the platform.

Mentor and Moderator Management

Recruit, train, and onboard qualified mentors across different learner levels.
Monitor live sessions regularly and provide constructive performance feedback to maintain high-quality mentoring.
Develop and update SOPs, training guides, and conduct workshops to support mentor skill development.

Quality Assurance & Session Review

Review session or summaries to evaluate quality, user engagement, and learning outcomes.
Conduct regular check-ins with learners and mentors to gather actionable feedback and insights.
Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvements to enhance the learning experience.
Ensure that all sessions maintain standards of quality, safety, and learner engagement .

Coordination & Planning

Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of content into the platform.
Make sure all live sessions are planned, scheduled, and updated accurately inside the system.
Maintain a clear calendar of learning activities and oversee smooth session execution and logistics.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

What We’re Looking For:

Masters (or above) in Education, English, Communication, or related field
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
Experience in content creation, teaching, or training (EdTech is a plus)
Passion for helping people learn and speak English confidently
Self-driven, reliable, and organized
