  • 5-7 years research experience in the sectors of human rights, law, violence, crime and other socio-political issues
  • Experience with statistical software (SPSS,R)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office package

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects within the organization
  • Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines
  • Work with management team in preparation of project plan, budget and timeline
  • Present research findings to management in an understandable manner
  • Identify key challenges and develop relevant solutions
  • Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
  • Strong analytical skills to develop programs based on the research studies
