Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Laravel Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the Laravel framework. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, backend development, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Laravel framework.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Design and implement APIs and ensure seamless data exchange between the server and clients.
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing web applications.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Laravel Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Familiarity with SQL databases and query optimization.
Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Vue.js or React.js.
Knowledge of cloud services like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
Experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
