Job Description

Determining the value of properties, analyzing and researching data related to the value of properties.
Comparing properties to similar ones in the area to determine fair market value.
Develop and prepare detailed written real estate appraisal reports including sales comparison and cost approach.
Strong Understanding of real estate laws, zoning regulations and market dynamics.
Utilize valuation methods such as the sales comparison approach, cost approach, and income approach to estimate property value.
Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for clients, lenders, and investors.
Collaborate with surveyors, legal professionals, and government agencies to verify land titles, ownership, and restrictions.
Provide expert advice on land development potential, taxation, and investment feasibility.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, property laws, and real estate appraisal standards.
Update and maintain property records, databases, and valuation models.
Assist in dispute resolution, legal proceedings, and negotiations related to land valuation.
