Land Use Planning Specialist

B.Sc./M.Sc. with 5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing technical and managerial oversight to develop participatory, evidence-based land-use plans for municipalities/communities in Nepal
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and applying data-driven decision-making tools that improve the capacity of government and constituents to establish effective, risk-sensitive disaster risk plans in Nepal
B.Sc. degree in Engineering or Social Science is required. M.Sc. Degree strongly preferred
Work experience elsewhere in the South Asia region is a plus
Work on international donor-funded projects, especially USAID-funded projects, is a plus
Excellent oral/written English-Nepali language skills
