Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Incharge in A and B Grade Pathology.

Job Description

Must be able to co-ordinate between the staff, head of department, the management team and QC Manager.
Must be able to regulate staff flow as per need in different departments.
Must co-ordinate with QC Manager if any problem occurs in quality of the tests.
Must report to Laboratory head/Pathology head if any problem occurs in the laboratory.
Must take all the responsibilities of the equipment’s in the lab.
Must make duty roaster and finalize with pathology head.
Must check inventory and stock timely and report the near expiry, on board expiry and reagents and kits needed.
Must submit the stock report to Pathology Head and Management team.
Must attend meeting with Pathology head about the feedback of lab, staffs and lab related matters.
Must attend meeting with staffs and take feedback and focus on improvements needed in lab.
Must submit inclusive analytical report (total number of test, number of errors, repeated test) to management every month.
Must be responsible for attending and follow-up of outsource test.
Must take active participation in ISO related tasks.
Must check pending work and must handover work before departure from duties & during the absent days to deputy in charge.
Must assemble all the reports for each department on a monthly basis and report to laboratory head.
Provide technical information about test results to physicians, family members and researchers.
Supervise, train and direct lab assistants, medical and clinical laboratory technicians and technologists, and other medical laboratory workers engaged in laboratory testing.
Develop, standardize, evaluate and modify procedures, techniques and tests used in the analysis of specimens and in medical laboratory experiments.
Help, manage and support every department. Assist marketing team to prepare products literatures and product description.
Check reports of in-house, NPHL and other Q.C.
Must actively involve in ISO woks as an ISO processor
Must check pending work and must handover work before departure from duties to the HOD- Hematology.
All and every activity related to laboratory services must be carried out when directed by the higher management.
