Ishan Children and Women's Hospital is seeking a motivated Lab Technologist to join our team. As a mid-level member of our organization, the Lab Technologist will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results for patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, including but not limited to hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Prepare and analyze samples, record and interpret data, and report results to medical staff
Ensure quality control and accuracy of all testing procedures.
Maintain inventory of supplies and reagents, and order new supplies as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Train and supervise new laboratory staff.
Stay up-to-date with advances in laboratory technology and techniques.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
