Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Lab Manager to oversee the operations of our hospital-based pathology lab. The successful candidate will ensure that all laboratory processes comply with ISO 15189:2022 standards, manage a team of professionals, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to ISO 15189:2022 standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Supervise and train laboratory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including safety protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between the lab and hospital management, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the laboratory budget and resources effectively.
