Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Lab Manager to oversee the operations of our hospital-based pathology lab. The successful candidate will ensure that all laboratory processes comply with ISO 15189:2022 standards, manage a team of professionals, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to ISO 15189:2022 standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain the laboratory’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Supervise and train laboratory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and validation of laboratory equipment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including safety protocols.
Act as a liaison between the lab and hospital management, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders.
Manage the laboratory budget and resources effectively.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 7 years

Other Specification

Qualification Required:

Master’s degree in medical laboratory science.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 15189:2022 standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Age Requirement: Candidates should be between 40-50 years of age.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
