Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee inventory management of lab reagents and supplies.
Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and management for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Train and guide laboratory staff as needed.
