Nightingale ,In 2069 B.S., made a historic achievement which proved Nightingale to be one of the best schools in Nepal. Job Description

The Science Lab Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Science Lab used by Grade 11 & 12 students. This position is responsible for setting up lab equipment, maintaining a clean and safe lab environment, assisting teachers during experiments, and managing lab supplies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of following safety protocols to ensure a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing lab equipment and materials for experiments as per teacher instructions.
Set up workstations and ensure all necessary supplies are available before each session.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab before, during, and after experiments.
Clean and sterilize lab equipment and work surfaces regularly.
Monitor, restock, and manage the inventory of lab supplies and chemicals.
Report low stock levels and any damaged or missing equipment to the supervisor.
Provide assistance to science teachers during lab sessions, including setting up demonstrations and handling equipment.
Help in the safe disposal of waste materials after experiments.
Ensure adherence to all lab safety guidelines and protocols.
Identify potential hazards and report any safety concerns immediately.
Maintain records of lab usage, cleaning schedules, and inventory logs.
Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunctions.
