Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Should have completed BSc (Hons), BIM, BScIT, BIT (any Bachelor IT Degree) from recognized University
  • 1+ Year hands-on experience with open source software like Centos, Ubuntu, PostgreSQl deployment & configuration, backup, Report generation, and management is preferred
  • Basic knowledge on TCP/IP and socket communications
  • Moderate knowledge on RDBMS, SQL PGSQL or ORACLE
  • Basic knowledge on Server/ Network Hardware devices
  • Basic knowledge on Hypervisors
  • Basic Knowledge on Switch and firewall
  • Hands-on with remote support tools and technology
  • Basic knowledge on ATM technology is preferred but not mandatory

Job Description

  • Day to day monitoring of System and Network with reporting
  • Handle problem calls/ticket from customer and provide the technical assistance to overcome the problem
  • Escalate issue as per SLA. Log calls as required
  • Implement new patches in test environment and Test the performance of Application & DB server
  • Logs extraction from DB server and report as required
  • Frequent communications with Customer as well as multi party vendor
  • Hardware Inventory management and reporting
