Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate and trained in early childhood education.
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience in a kindergarten setting.
  • Excellent ability to handle young children with care and patience.
  • Strong ethical values and good communication skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and passion for teaching.

Job Description

  • Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Encourage creativity, curiosity, and social development among students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
  • Build strong communication and relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and patient approach.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback as needed.
