Job Description

Main Tasks/duties and responsibilities: 

  • Developing and sustaining good relationships with key customers that bring  in the most income for the company. 
  • Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key customer’s and internal teams. 
  • Supervising the teams assigned to each area. 
  • Provide insights and feedback to the teams to improve product offerings and strategies. 
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that customer’s needs are met. 
  • Compiling reports on key account progress and goals.  
  • Negotiating contracts with key customers. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer’s interactions and transactions. 
  • Develop strategic plans to maximize revenue growth for each key account.

Qualifications: 

1. Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. 

2. Experience: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or  relevant sales role in Cosmetology, Dermatology, Hotel line. 
  • Experience in managing key accounts and delivering client focused solutions. 

3. Skills: 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism. 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
