Main Tasks/duties and responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining good relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving customer’s complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key customer’s and internal teams.
- Supervising the teams assigned to each area.
- Provide insights and feedback to the teams to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that customer’s needs are met.
- Compiling reports on key account progress and goals.
- Negotiating contracts with key customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer’s interactions and transactions.
- Develop strategic plans to maximize revenue growth for each key account.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager or relevant sales role in Cosmetology, Dermatology, Hotel line.
- Experience in managing key accounts and delivering client focused solutions.
3. Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
