Job Description

Trade marketing managers are responsible for local brand development and selling to companies who can then distribute to their customers. Their target audience will include distributors and retailers who can get the product in front of consumers. Some everyday tasks in the position include developing and implementing well thought out marketing strategies, like product launches and loyalty programs that increase success rate and brand perception

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Managers for Kathmandu Valley to drive the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, is very strategic, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy
  • Act as the key liaison between product development and buyers
  • Maintain customer relationships for future purchases
  • Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store
  • Daily trading responsibilities (including product and portfolio execution)
  • Deep sales analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis to develop immediate and long term strategy
  • Provide direction for the e-commerce marketing team regarding key products/lines to push throughout all marketing channels
