Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences, along with knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating with clients. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team and clients to design and refine digital products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and user needs.
Conduct thorough research to identify user pain points, preferences, and behavior patterns.
Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and recommend functionality improvements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.
Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and user research.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria as part of the Agile Scrum process.
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design (Figma).
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
Knowledge of CRM or ERP software would be a plus point.
