Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences, along with knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience collaborating with clients. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team and clients to design and refine digital products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and user needs.
• Conduct thorough research to identify user pain points, preferences, and behavior patterns. 
• Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and recommend functionality improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and user research.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria as part of the Agile Scrum process.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design (Figma).
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong Communication, Problem Solving and Collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a bonus.
• Knowledge of CRM or ERP software would be a plus point.
