Must be willing to work in accordance with the company's norms.
Handle correspondences as assigned by the company.
Advise the customer about travel issues including required documentation and financial matters, such as appropriate exchange rates and deal with payments.
Deal with and document complaints in an efficient and diplomatic manner.
Make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues.
Evaluate customers’ holidays and issue appropriate feedback forms.

Personal Requirements:

Must possess excellent English writing skills with command of spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Should be energetic, honest, punctual and committed to achieving goals.
Knowledge of internet, excellent typing skills, and MS-Office are mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and motivation to learn and explore.
Should be a good team player.
Should be open to suggesting ideas for a better workplace and improving products.
