Location: Chamardhap, Jhapa, Nepal

Position Overview:

Junior Technical Assistant (JTA) is responsible for supporting the team to ensure the well-being of animals under care. His/her responsibilities involve a combination of technical tasks, administrative duties, and assisting the veterinarian in various procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Shall be responsible for providing the medical services to the cows.
• Making daily scheduled visits and monitoring of cows in the cow sheds.
• Provide a medical intervention plan for cattle and implement on a daily scheduled basis.
• Providing technical guidance to caregivers on caring, monitoring, feeding, sanitation and general medication for targeted cattle health management.
• Recording and sharing regular data in the company record-keeping platform.
• Shall be responsible for maintaining good coordination and communication with the team;
• Other duties, as assigned by the Company.

Skills and Qualifications

• Task Related Skills and Certifications
• At least 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of cattle health and management practices, including nutrition, feed formulation, sanitation, and disease prevention

• Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as needed
