Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Network and System Administration
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (IT)/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of networking equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, LAN, WAN, DNS, IP security, NAT, VPN, SNMP
Good knowledge of windows/ Linux server environment
Experience with firewalls, VPN implementation, troubleshooting and problem resolution
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control and monitoring Server and Network
Additional certification's CCNA/RHCE/MCSE will be an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to source information from users, vendors, and colleagues and deliver it to the required audience

Job Description

Follow the checklist and other daily job assigned by team lead or senior
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Server and applications
Provide after hours on call support. Participate in after-hours maintenance
Serve as one to be relied upon in the event of an emergency
Upgrade systems with new releases and patches
Documentation of troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as per need
