Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Monitor, track, and report on software failures and defects
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet quality standards
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Communicate with both technical and business teams about quality and test reports
• Help to implement test strategy for the company and raise the quality bar of the products
• Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Works together with the software development team to enhance and improve products
