Job Description

Qualifications

  • Two-wheeler and driving license is must.
  • Bachelors running or Bachelors completed preferred.
  • ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Tech Savvy (use of email & internet).
  • Understanding of sales process
  • Excellent communication (English/Nepali) and negotiation skills. 
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Commission & Bonus Based on Sales will be provided.
  • Monitor Sales and Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor prices and new products regularly. 
  • Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales. 
  • Visit customers on a regular basis.
  • Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer related matters 
  • Coordinate with Order Loading (Licensing), Accounts and Technical to ensure on time customer service. 
  • Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis. 
  • Provide options for expansion of sales. 
  • Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis. 
  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services. 
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns. 
  • Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate.
